Board of Directors

Board of Management provides direction for the organization. The board has a strategic function in providing the vision, mission and goals of the organization. The board has the responsibility of developing a governance system for the organization. The Board of Management of NACTET defines the long-term goals and the strategies for the group and sets forth the principles and directives for the resulting organization policies. It coordinates and monitors the most important activities, defines the portfolio, develops and deploys all affairs to fulfill the objectives of organization. The members of the Board of Management bear joint responsibility for running the skill development programs as a whole. Meetings of the Board of Management are held regularly.

Advisory Board

Advisory boards are composed of accomplished experts offering innovative advice and dynamic perspectives. Meeting quarterly or biannually, board can provide strategic direction, guide quality improvement, and assess program effectiveness. Advisory board plays a vital role in guiding and advising to design & develop technical & vocational training programs through affiliates. Also provides "wise counsel" on concerns raised by owners/directors or management.

Academic Council

Academic Council makes decisions on policies and practices regarding curriculum, teaching, examinations and research and improvement in academic standards. It also provides advice on matters relating to the duration of the courses, the degrees and other academic distinctions, admission standards and other academic matters related to skill development courses.

Examination Council

Examination council standardizes and provides qualitative and reliable educational assessment. Also they keep encouraging Students in getting academic excellence. It takes all measures to maintain reliability, validity and credibility of the examinations conducted by the Institution.
