ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR AFFILIATION

• ATC should be properly registered under governing body
• ATC should have minimum of one year experience in conducting vocational training for the students who have completed at least matriculation level
• ATC shall be capable of enrolling at least 50 students in a year
• Teaching faculties must be properly qualified, professional and trained. Detailed bio-data of teaching staff should be submitted. Minimum qualification for teaching staff should be Diploma / Degree / Master Degree of concerned subject.
• Student-faculty ratio shouldn't be more than 20:1
• Class room should have enough space, proper and adequate ventilation and lighting should be provided for theory and practical class rooms.
• Proper Practical lab facility should be provided.
• Number of students in each class room should not exceed 120.
• Sufficient no of hours for theory and practical classes should be maintained in the institute.
• Should have commitment for providing quality training to students
• Adequate toilet and urinal/water facilities should be provided.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The agreement validity with ATC shall be for a period of 1 year. Agreement should be renewed and renewal fee may applicable for the subsequent years. NACTET will take the decision on renewal by considering ATCs academic performance.
• ATC shall run the business with NACTET for at least a period of one year
• NACTET name and logo shall be used only for the NACTET approved courses.
• A prior approval should be taken from NACTET for using NACTET name & logo for any advertisements.
• The affiliation is non-transferable and should not share with any other institutions
• Shifting of the existing institute premises should not be done without informing NACTET
• Courses name and duration should not be changed by the institute without permission of NACTET
• Student Assessment Form to be submitted from all students to NACTET every year
• Violation of any rules and regulations of NACTET may discontinue the ATC agreement without any prior notice.
